Outloop Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date:
Outloop is a business-to-business sales assistant operated by CADNETWORK LIMITED. It helps a business research prospective business customers, draft individual messages, keep track of replies and book meetings. This policy explains what Outloop may and may not be used for. It forms part of the Outloop Terms of Service.
1. What Outloop is
- A workspace for business-to-business sales activity: prospect research, message drafting, reply tracking, follow-up reminders and meeting scheduling.
- Messages are sent from the customer's own connected business mailbox (for example Gmail or Microsoft 365), under that provider's sending limits and policies. Outloop does not operate a bulk-sending infrastructure and does not send mail on its own domains for customers.
- LinkedIn and WhatsApp drafts are prepared for the customer to review and send themselves. Outloop does not automate messaging on those platforms.
- Volumes are low and individual: outreach is metered per prospect, and plans are sized in tens of prospects per month, not mass sends.
2. What Outloop is not
- It is not a bulk email or newsletter blasting service.
- It is not a consumer marketing, SMS blasting or robocall tool.
- It does not sell, licence or export contact lists or personal data.
- It is not an anonymous or identity-masking messaging service.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use Outloop to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, chain messages or anything that qualifies as spam;
- contact consumers for personal, non-business purposes;
- upload, use or enrich purchased, scraped or otherwise unlawfully obtained contact data;
- contact anyone who has opted out, unsubscribed, or who appears on a do-not-contact or suppression list;
- misrepresent who you are, who you work for, or what you are selling;
- promote adult content, gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, multi-level marketing, get-rich-quick schemes, unlicensed financial or crypto-investment offers, or any unlawful product or service;
- send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, hateful or abusive content;
- breach applicable direct-marketing, privacy or anti-spam law, including the GDPR, the UK GDPR and PECR, the Nigeria Data Protection Act, CAN-SPAM and CASL; or
- breach the terms of any connected provider, including Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.
4. Your obligations for every message
- You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient in their jurisdiction.
- You must identify yourself and your business honestly in each message.
- You must include a clear way to opt out, and honour every opt-out, unsubscribe or do-not-contact request promptly.
- You are the sender and the data controller for the outreach you carry out.
5. How we enforce this
Accounts are individually registered and tied to a verified mailbox. Sending is rate-limited by credits and by the customer's own mail provider. We review reported abuse and may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate any account that breaches this policy, without refund where the breach is deliberate. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant provider or authority.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a message sent through Outloop, or to ask to be added to our do-not-contact list, email info@cadnetwork.org. We respond to abuse reports within five working days.
