Outloop Terms of Service
Effective Date:
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Outloop, an AI-powered outbound growth platform operated by CADNETWORK LIMITED ("we", "us", trading as Outloop). By purchasing or using Outloop, you are contracting with CADNETWORK LIMITED.
By accessing or using Outloop, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Outloop is a business-to-business sales assistant. It helps businesses research prospective business customers, draft personalised individual messages, manage follow-ups, schedule meetings, and analyse sales activity.
Messages are sent from the user's own connected business mailbox, subject to that provider's limits and policies. Outloop is not a bulk email service, a newsletter platform, or a consumer marketing tool, and it does not sell or licence contact data.
Some features may rely on third-party services including Google, Microsoft, email providers, calendar providers, AI providers, data providers, and communications platforms.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their Outloop account.
Users are responsible for activities carried out through their account and connected business workspace.
3. Connected Accounts
Users may connect third-party accounts such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft 365.
By connecting an account, you authorise Outloop to perform the functions you explicitly enable.
You confirm that you have authority to connect and use any account that you link to Outloop.
You may revoke access by disconnecting the integration or changing permissions through the relevant third-party provider.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use Outloop to:
- send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive communications;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- send prohibited spam;
- violate applicable privacy, marketing, telecommunications, or data protection laws;
- distribute malware or harmful code;
- harvest data unlawfully;
- infringe intellectual property rights; or
- use the service in a way that damages Outloop or third-party systems.
Users remain responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
Full details, including prohibited industries, list-sourcing rules and opt-out obligations, are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Email and Messaging Compliance
Outloop provides tools that assist with outbound communication, but users are responsible for determining whether they have a lawful basis to contact prospects.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable rules regarding commercial email, electronic communications, opt-outs, consent, data protection, and direct marketing.
Where required, users must honour unsubscribe, opt-out, or do-not-contact requests.
6. AI-Generated Content
Outloop may generate emails, messages, lead assessments, recommendations, summaries, and other content using artificial intelligence.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or incomplete information.
Users are responsible for reviewing important communications and decisions before relying on them.
Outloop does not guarantee that AI-generated content will produce leads, meetings, sales, revenue, or other commercial outcomes.
7. Third-Party Services
Outloop may integrate with third-party services.
Use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms, policies, limits, and availability.
Outloop is not responsible for outages, suspensions, changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
8. Fees, Subscriptions and Payment
Some Outloop features may require a paid subscription or the purchase of usage credits.
Current pricing is published at https://outloop.app/pricing. Billing cycles, usage allowances, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are disclosed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for those orders are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Payments made in Nigerian Naira are processed by Paystack on our behalf.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at https://outloop.app/refunds, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
9. Intellectual Property
Outloop and its underlying software, branding, interfaces, workflows, technology, and proprietary materials belong to CADNETWORK LIMITED or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their own business data and content, subject to the rights necessary for Outloop to process that information to provide the service.
10. Privacy
Use of Outloop is also governed by the Outloop Privacy Policy available at: https://outloop.app/privacy
11. Suspension and Termination
Outloop may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- violation of these Terms;
- suspected fraud or abuse;
- security threats;
- unlawful activity;
- non-payment; or
- requirements imposed by law or third-party service providers.
Users may stop using Outloop at any time.
12. Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may occasionally be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
13. Disclaimer
Outloop is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee specific business, sales, revenue, lead-generation, or conversion results.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CADNETWORK LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of Outloop.
Any additional liability limitations will be subject to applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Outloop after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
